Dr Sharon Munyaka is a globally recognised Industrial and Organisational Psychologist, executive coach, and transformational speaker with over 20 years of experience in workplace strategy, leadership development, and behavioural change. She is the Managing Director of Sharon Munyaka Inc. (SMINC), where she partners with leaders and organisations to unlock human potential and build thriving, inclusive cultures.

As a registered psychologist with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and a Certified Business Psychologist with the UK’s Association for Business Psychology, Dr Sharon brings credibility and cross-cultural insight to every stage, boardroom, and workshop.
